Mindful Business Course…

We spend many hours of our lives in the working environment, and more often than not these hours are full of problem solving issues, interactive negotiations, strategic planning and mostly time consuming, work loaded and logistic organising.

Our minds undergo an enormous amount of pressure at times whilst juggling these tasks that usually have deadlines.
